The very POPULAR TINY HOUSE is BACK!!!!! Parking is on-site. This Sweet Sylvan Hills Tiny House was styled for relaxation and aesthetic pleasure. Whether you are in town for a conference or to enjoy downtown Atlanta attractions, you will appreciate the close proximity to the city in this safe, historic neighborhood. Read through the details to find our booking phrase! We are an easy 15 minute drive to the Atlanta Airport! 10 min to downtown. The space Carriage House: 1 Queen bed 1 full bath with walk in shower 1 Kitchenette with refrigerator, cookware, and an individual cooktop. Put the pan on the stove, turn on the stove, and it will heat up. Curtains for a good night's rest (some are black out). The carriage house is handicap accessible with a barrier free entrance and a 4 inch step into the shower. There is free private parking for 1 car behind the gate in the carport. We may have guests in the main house so be mindful of only parking in your designated spot. Do not block the shared driveway at anytime because you will block the neighbor in. Street parking is free as well. A curtain has been added to the front door. There is no curtain on the back door but there is a tall fence and no one goes behind the tiny house. The tiny house is in the back of the lot. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the Tiny House and carport parking. Keep in mind that the front house is separate and will be hosting other guests. The wifi stretches from the main house and is not suitable for streaming and video calls. Other things to note Please note: Bugs are minimal but definitely present! This is a tiny house in a backyard so bugs are around, both inside and out. This home is strictly ----No Smoking---- and if there is evidence of smoking in the house upon departure you will incur a $200 extra cleaning fee. We do not want any smoking of any kind in the home. If a non-smoking house will pose an inconvenience, please do not rent this home. We offer parking, but please always park so that the main house residents can come and go with ease.
